Refund & Return Policy

At Outlast we want you to train in gear you love. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it under the terms below, in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Return & exchange window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags cannot be accepted.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Contact us by phone/WhatsApp on +20 110 278 4171 or email outlastfitwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will confirm your request and arrange the pickup or tell you where to send the item.
3. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Card payments are refunded to the original card used. Processing time by your bank may vary.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
• All refunds are made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Shipping fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not the item you ordered. In those cases Outlast covers all shipping costs and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

Defective or wrong items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
